Over 15 years ago, Trizia created an exhilarating program, "Be The Diamond," mentoring and inspiring individuals of all ages within all walks of life with "real talks," "pay-it-forward" fashion, and enriching skill sets to enhance the superheroes we already are but may not yet appreciate due to adversity. "Be The Diamond" works directly with all demographics to nurture self-worth and find one's "YES" in life. Trizia is a firm believer in polishing yourself up to shine, and that pressure and heat either crushes you or makes you a diamond. Trizia encourages you to not be just any diamond, but rather standout and "Be The Diamond." She is proud of her work with students ranging from VPK through colleges/universities, as well as with adults, to boost their self-esteem through leadership mentoring. Trizia focuses on the "4 P's" - Passion, Perseverance, Perspiration/Pain, and Preparation - as well as themes of never giving up, resisting casualization and disconnection, avoiding excuses, self-responsibility, dressing appropriately for life's adventures, and how to find one's "why." Trizia has joyfully volunteered thousands of hours and donated vast amounts clothing and shoes to facilitate empowerment in others.
Before sitting for the Florida Bar, Trizia polished her trial skills, working as a CLI for the Brevard County State
Attorney's Office, where she frequently tried cases to verdict on behalf of the State. While at the State Attorney's
Office, Trizia was honored to advocate on behalf of "Ella" in a high-profile animal cruelty case. Ella was a beautiful
white German Shepherd inhumanely left to die, locked in her crowded crate at home. Trizia drafted the in-depth
Memorandum of Law in Opposition to the Defendant's Motion to Suppress Evidence, citing the exigent
circumstances which allowed police to enter the premises without a warrant. The trial judge sided with the State and
denied Ella's owner's Motion to Suppress. On appeal, the High Court agreed with the trial judge's decision, which
included the Court's heavy reliance on Trizia's Memorandum of Law.
During her last year of law school, Trizia gained immense legal knowledge as a Judicial Law Clerk for numerous
prestigious Orange County judges, including now Fifth District Court of Appeals Justice, The Honorable Jay Cohen,
and Chief Judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, The Honorable Lisa T. Munyon. In law school, Trizia founded and was
the President of the Federalist Society, active as a Moot Court Competitor, and an Executive Board Member of the
Hispanic American Law Student Association (HALSA). Trizia "booked" Trial Practice, Insurance Law, Business
Organizations, and Eminent Domain, receiving the highest grade in those classes
"Recently my elderly parents were involved in a catastrophic auto accident and were in need of a skilled attorney. I did not hesitate to recommend Attorney Trizia Eavenson. My parents were both severely injured and extremely out of sorts but Trizia met with them immediately and made a horrible situation better with her calming personality. When first meeting Trizia, my parents immediately knew that they had made the right decision. Trizia was always available to them, whether it was by phone or by making a personal visit to them two hours away. My mother pointed out that Trizia is quite different than most attorneys with her caring and concerned demeanor. Trizia put any and all of their legal questions to rest. My parents were so extremely satisfied with her legal knowledge and professionalism that they used her again for another legal matter. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Trizia G. Eavenson for any legal situation. You will definitely be in good hands."

"One of the best things that ever happened to me was finding the right lawyer when I really needed one. That lawyer is Trizia Ginarella Eavenson. She makes herself readily available and responds immediately to all my queries. Trizia is friendly, attentive, intelligent, multi lingual and with her wide range of expertise always gets to the core of the issue. If she doesn't have an answer to my problem she will find someone that does. She's never failed me. I've had nothing but good results from her and she's been there for me rain or shine. I will always be a loyal client and when someone needs legal help she's the first one I recommend."

"Words cannot express how grateful we are to Ms. Eavenson for her legal assistance during an extremely challenging time of our lives. Her commitment and passion for her work is evidenced by her attention to detail in dealing with our case. In each circumstance that arose, Ms. Eavenson gave practical advice and provided necessary information to allow us to make informed decisions. She sought the best outcome for our needs and ultimately worked to secure a win win situation for all parties involved. She goes all in to the point of exceeding what we expect from Lawyers these days. In addition to Ms. Eavenson's upstanding level of professionalism, her staff also provided prompt and professional service. Simply put, Ms. Eavenson is not like other lawyers. She not only served as my counsel she served as a mentor and for that, I will continue to use Ms. Eavenson for any future services and I highly recommend her and her staff."

"As the owner of a large business I would like to say that I very rarely meet and do business with someone as qualified in their field as Trizia. She is not only professional and pleasant to deal with she is one of the top in her field of representing her clients. I have witnessed her in person handling a very high dollar case that went to mediation and her skill set in negotiating as well as her common sense approach to finding resolution were amazing. I could not recommend legal counsel to represent me and my company any higher than Trizia, she finds ways to get things done for her clients."
